Shipping policy

Our blanket is made to order and is shipped within 7-10 business days of ordering.

Once shipped, standard local delivery within US takes approximately 2-8 business days. Shipping time might be extended during peak holiday season. 

Recently international shipping experience delays and its generally takes around 2-4 weeks pending on where you are located. Please note that some countries will charge duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in that country and these charges are to be covered by the recipient of the parcel. We do not pay for duties and taxes.

Once we have dispatched your blanket, provided all shipping information is correct from our end, shipping carrier takes over responsibility for the successful delivery of your order. If problems arise we are happy to help as much as possible but we are not financially accountable for any fault caused by the shipping carrier. 

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. We have no control over shipping carrier delays and cannot replace an order due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession.
