Refund policy
All orders are custom made individually. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchange or replacement for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices.
Please double check the spelling and colour & size selections before you place your order, however if you receive a blanket that is faulty or damaged in transit, we will happily replace it.
Please note that if you receive a faulty item or your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
